Join us for an evening inspired by ancient healing traditions—an immersive experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and restore.

The evening will begin with a grounding sound healing experience, using high-quality, resonant instruments to create a peaceful foundation that carries throughout the entire experience. From there, you’ll move into a slow, restorative Yin Yoga sequence, with long-held poses designed to gently open the body, release tension, and invite the nervous system into a state of rest.

Once you are comfortably settled on your mat, we’ll introduce auricular acupuncture, a traditional practice involving the gentle placement of small needles at specific points on the ear traditionally used to support relaxation and calm.
