This immersive evening experience includes a restorative sound bath paired with Reiki, guiding you into deep relaxation while supporting energetic clearing and renewal. As soothing frequencies move through the body, Reiki gently encourages balance, harmony, and flow—creating space for intention and inner alignment.

You’re invited to an immersive evening of sound, release, and energetic movement—created to help stagnant energy shift, emotions soften, and the body return to its natural state of flow and ease.  

Guided by Lisa Annese, Founder of The Space, and Michele Marason, Founder of Maratash Vibrations, this experience uses the deep, resonant tones of gongs along with additional sound healing instruments to move energy through the body. The vibrations gently break up energetic blocks, support emotional release, calm the nervous system, and create space for clarity, balance, and renewal.

As sound waves travel through you, there is nothing to do but lie back, breathe, and allow what no longer serves you to release—making room for greater alignment and vitality.

Step into a sacred space of renewal and remembrance—an immersive experience devoted to restoring balance, awakening inner wisdom, and supporting deep energetic healing.

We begin with Qigong, a moving meditation guided by breath and awareness, gently opening the body, circulating life-force energy, and preparing the nervous system to receive. Through intentional movement, you’ll awaken inner flow and reconnect with your natural rhythm.

From this grounded state, we transition into crystal healing and intentional grid work, inviting the subtle intelligence of the stones to amplify clarity, alignment, and heart-centered intention. Guided presence allows you to attune to the quiet language of crystals and the energetic patterns they support.

Midway through our journey, we gather for a delicious, nourishing farm-to-table dinner, thoughtfully prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients—an opportunity to ground the experience, restore the body, and connect in community.

We close with a crystal sound bath meditation, allowing layered frequencies to gently carry you into deep rest. As the vibrations move through the body, the nervous system softens, energy settles, and the day’s experiences integrate in a spacious, meditative state.
