Silent Meditation | Free Community Offering

Join us most Mondays from 6:30–7:30 PM for a nourishing hour of silent meditation, open to all and offered free to the community. This weekly gathering invites you to slow down, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your inner stillness in a supportive, peaceful space.

Silent Meditation helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, improve focus, and cultivate emotional balance. In shared silence, you’re given the space to release mental noise, deepen self-awareness, and restore a sense of inner clarity and peace.

No prior meditation experience is necessary. All are welcome!
