Each session includes a personalized blend of Reiki energy healing, tuning forks, Tibetan singing bowls, and other healing instruments and intuitive tools tailored to your individual needs and intentions. Tibetan singing bowls are played both around and, on your body. This is a powerful part of the experience, allowing sound to be both heard and deeply felt.
When placed directly on your body, the bowls send gentle vibrations through your tissues and cells, creating a grounding effect that helps calm and regulate the nervous system. Tuning forks, used on and around the body, encourage energetic balance, release stagnant energy, and support the body’s natural healing response. Reiki energy healing further enhances the experience by promoting relaxation, emotional clearing, and energetic alignment.
