River Dell High School Wellness Day 2026

On October 3, I was honored to be part of River Dell High School’s Wellness Day. The event was so thoughtfully done, and it was inspiring to be surrounded by such interesting, curious, and engaged people. It is a privilege to be part of this community. I am incredibly grateful.

In September, I had the honor of sharing meditation and sound healing with the wonderful team at VARSITY HOUSE in Ridgewood, NJ.

I’m incredibly grateful to be part of the VARSITY HOUSE community - not only as a sound practitioner, but also as a member. I truly love this gym, the people, and the energy - and I’ve never felt better.

I’m excited to return on October 23 for another sound bath with my VARSITY HOUSE crew in Oradell, NJ. So grateful!Description goes here

This month, I’m bringing sound healing to a private event at the tilebar showroom in Paramus, NJ. I’m grateful for the opportunity to share this work in a beautiful new space and with a new community - and to support their campaign exploring how we can bring more mindfulness, peace, and intention into our homes through the spaces we create, the tiles and décor.
